Home-made butternut squash and parsnip soup, served with cranberries and oregano-flavoured croutons.

Fritto Misto
Squid, cod goujons and whitebait, deep-fried in a light tempura batter, served with mixed baby leaves and a lemon tartare dip.

Fillet of Mackerel
Pan-fried mackerel fillets served on a bed of spinach, peas and a velouté, topped with caramelised orange segments.

Pork Ribs
Home-made pork ribs, caramelised in sweet chilli honey and sesame seeds, served with strips of focaccia bread.

Vegetable Mixed Grill V/VE
Cypriot Halloumi cheese served on a bed of grilled peppers, asparagus, courgettes and aubergines. Vegan Cheese available on request.

Lamb Rump
Pan-fried rump of lamb, cooked in a mint Barolo and cranberries jus, served with sautéed savoy cabbage, roasted garlic and potatoes flavoured with red peppers and paprika.

Osso Buco
Sautéed veal shank, slow cooked with mixed herbs, served with risotto Milanese and a parmesan cream.

Aubergine Ratatouille V/VE
Smoked aubergines filled with ratatouille and rice, topped with mozzarella cheese. Vegan Cheese available on request.

Turkey Arrosto
Oven-roast turkey stuffed with steamed chestnuts and dates, accompanied by turkey gravy, served with chipolatas sausages, stuffing balls and all the trimmings.
